A: Monday-Saturday 10 am-8 pm, Sundays 12 pm-8 pm
Q: How much does it cost?
A: $9 for ages ten and up, $7 for ages 4-9, free for ages three and under
Q: Where are you located?
A: Our address is 4640 W State Rd. 218 Berne, IN 46711. This is about 50 minutes south of Fort Wayne, IN.
Q: Is there camping nearby?
A: The closest campgrounds are Ouabache State Park in Bluffton, IN, the KOA in Bluffton, IN, and Amishville Campground in Geneva, IN.
Q: Are there any hotels nearby?
A: The closest hotel is the Clock Tower Inn in Berne, IN. Other hotels are found in nearby Decatur, Bluffton, and Portland, Indiana.
Q: Can I grill?
A: Our parking lot has many picnic tables available for use, and we allow you to bring your grills. We do not provide grills. We do not allow grills, coolers, or picnic supplies inside the park. You are welcome to come in and out of the park as you please. Picnic tables are first come, first serve.
Q: Do I need to bring a life jacket?
A: If you need a life jacket to swim, we have a limited quantity available. While they are free to use, we require a $5 deposit for each borrowed life jacket. Once you return your borrowed life jacket, you will receive the $5 deposit back.
Q: Are there height restrictions?
A: No. At Pine Lake, when you enter, we ask you what your swimming ability is. We have a swimmer wristband and a non-swimmer wristband. Those that can swim on their own can use any of our attractions. Non-Swimmers are not permitted on the jumps, cable ride, red slide, or past the rope in the deep water. Q: Are coolers allowed inside the park?
A: No. The cooler must stay in the parking lot. You will have the freedom to come in and out with our wristbands.
Alcohol
Q: Is alcohol permitted?
A: Alcohol is not permitted anywhere on Pine Lake Water Park grounds. This includes both inside the water park and in our parking lots.
Q: What is the last day you're open?
A: The last day of our season is Labor Day. We are only open weekends leading up to Labor Day for the last two weeks of August.

Q: Do you have concessions?
A: Yes. We sell cheeseburgers, hot dogs, popcorn, candy, a variety of novelty ice cream, hand-dipped ice cream, and beverages. The selection and availability is subject to change.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: No. We do not allow pets inside or outside of the park, except for service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines for service animals. This means that a service animal is a specially trained dog that assists a person with a disability. The dog's tasks must be directly related to the person's disability, such as alerting a diabetic person when their blood sugar levels are too high or low, reminding a person with depression to take their medication, or helping someone with epilepsy during a seizure. Service dogs are permitted everywhere persons are allowed on the property, with the exception of the water for public health concerns. Please note that service animals under training, emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
Q: Do we offer any discounts?
A: Currently, we do not offer any discounts outside of our group rate discount of 20 or more people. Groups receive $1 off each person. Groups must have scheduled a reservation at least 24 hours in advance to receive the group rate.
Q: When does the 30-foot jump open?
A: We open the 30-foot between 3:00-4:00 each day. It stays open for no longer than an hour. Floats
Q: Does the lake have fish?
A: Yes, we have typical lake life in our lake.
Q: Are floats and rafts allowed?
A: Yes, floats and rafts are allowed but must stay inside the roped-off area.
Q: What is your weather policy?
A: Swimming is not permitted when lighting is in the vicinity. Once 30 minutes have passed from the last flash of lightning seen or thunder heard, swimmers may reenter the water. We do NOT offer rain checks or money back for bad weather.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes. We accept credit cards; with a credit transaction, you are charged an additional 3% credit card convenience fee.
Q: How deep is the lake?
A: The deepest part of the lake is 18 feet. We offer many attractions in shallow water and a wading area for patrons who aren't the strongest swimmers. The deep water attractions include the 10, 20, and 30-foot jumps, the cable ride, the red drop slide, and the bobbers.
Q: Are refunds issued for any reason?
A: We do not issue refunds for any reason. We reserve the right to remove patrons from the water during inclement weather and for other safety reasons. We reserve the right to ask patrons to leave for insubordinate behavior. Pine Lake Water Park is a family-friendly facility, and management has the discretion to remove patrons who violate our policies.
